IllustrisTNG simulation volumes have become publicly available.
llustrisTNG is a suite of simulations run with the code AREPO. TNG includes a model for galaxy formation physics solving the coupled evolution of dark matter, cosmic gas, luminous stars, and supermassive black holes. Each of the flagship runs—TNG50, TNG100, andTNG300—are accompanied by halo/subhalo catalogs, merger trees, lower-resolution and dark-matter only counterparts, all available with 100 snapshots.
Currently snapshots 0 and 99 and corresponding subfind files for
TNG50-4 and TNG300-1
can be found in IATE storage at
/mnt/simulations/ilustris/TNG50-4
/mnt/simulations/ilustris/TNG300-1
respectively.
